An evening of “luminous” (moonlight) poetry with Indian poets and Mridula Sinha, writer and Governor of Goa at her residence, part of the Goa Arts and Literature Festival. A writer herself, the Governor even concluded the evening by reading a poem about the freedom a woman finds by riding a bicycle in India! Unfortunately it was in Hindi, so I’ll have to find a translation.
